There’s nothing quite like healthy competition between digital audio player manufacturers to see them release their best efforts instead of snoozing in the comfortable world of a monopoly. Creative has recently announced that the Zen V Plus will join fellow MP3 players Sansa e280 and the revamped iPod nano by virtue of its 8GB flash memory. The Zen V Plus will be released later this month in Singapore for approximately $270 and is available in glossy black with a red accent. Pricing and availability details in other countries have yet to be determined, but it will arrive Stateside one of these days. You know what they say – good things come to those who wait.
