So you’ve always wanted the flexibility of a Tablet PC but do not want to sacrifice the power and versatility of your desktop at home? Fret not – Navisis has a brand new product called the EZ- Canvas that turns your standard CRT/LCD display into a pen-driven touchscreen via an attachable acryl panel. The EZ-Canvas uses a couple of supersonic sensors which are located at the top of both sides of the panel which are then able to detect the pen’s movement, while the pen itself locates the mouse pointer in return. One can use the acryl panel as a touchscreen or a Tablet PC, depending on the situation at hand. We’re sure handwritten e-mails over Outlook and ink chatting on MSN Messenger is pretty fun in the beginning, but nothing quite beats getting your thoughts across via a regular QWERTY keyboard.
