Talk about a funky LCD display design. The 1900R monitor from LG comes in a unique red and black design that defies all normal convention, featuring a hole in the middle. Apparently, the hole is not only there for an aesthetic purpose, but in the words of LG themselves, “When you turn on the light, red light comes on clockwise direction to make you feel the smoothness of the light.” We’re not sure how to decipher this bit of Engrish, but what we do know is the LG 1900R comes with a 2,000:1 contrast ratio, a response time of 4ms, and a brightness level of 300cd/m2.
