The Ricoh GR Digital is already a year old, and Ricoh decided to release a limited edition of the Ricoh GR Digital 1st Anniversary Commemorative Model as a gesture of appreciation to Ricoh’s customers. This release also coincides with the 10th anniversary of the GR series of film camera’s debut. Famous Japanese illustrator Katsuya Terada was appointed to design the Commemorative Model, and he seemed to have done a pretty good job, adorning the camera with a blue sky and clouds along with a couple of angels. This 8.13 megapixel camera comes in a magnesium-alloy case and offers a great degree of operatibility and flexibility for those who love tweaking around with the manual controls.
