You could say that the HD DVD and Blu-ray format war is just heating up with players of both formats being released by different manufacturers. The µPD63410 and the µPC3360 chips ought to be out by April next year for approximately $84 a pop if all goes well. Will you hold out for a clear winner, or do you prefer to take your chances with a hybrid player?
