The entire lot of engineers at NEC must be librarians since they like theirs PCs to run as quiet as possible. The latest computers from NEC in the Seguente Express 5800/50 series do not use the traditional fan setup to cool down the innards of your PC, but makes use of a water-cooling system instead. The most powerful computer from the Seguente Express line is known as the 53Xd and will be powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 processor, 1GB of RAM, a 80GB hard drive, and a workstation-level graphics card. You will have to fork out some serious money for this baby though – somewhere in the region of 2,800 Euros. Who says you can’t buy peace of mind while working?
