The Toughbook line of notebooks from Panasonic has expanded with a couple of recent releases which come with Intel’s Core Duo processors. The Toughbook CF-19 is a convertible Tablet PC in essence, while the CF-30 sports a conventional clamshell notebook design. Both models come encased in a magnesium alloy body, sealed keyboard and ports, and a display and hard drive that are shock mounted. The CF-19 and CF-30 also boast unprecedented brightness levels of 550 nits and 1000 nits respectively. Expect other functionalities such as WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity to come as part of the standard package.
