Looks like the RAZR line has some pretty stiff competition in the form of Samsung’s SGH-D830. This handset comes with a pretty formidable list of features that is bound to confuse potential RAZR buyers even further. It has a dimension of 103mm x 54mm x 9.9mm which is rather similar to Motorola’s iconic handset, save for the difference in thickness. Other features include a large 2.3″ 262k color TFT screen, a 2 megapixel camera with video recording ability, an integrated MP3 player, Bluetooth connectivity, a built-in loudspeaker function, and a microSD memory card slot for memory expansion. Expect to fork out somewhere between $450 to $500 for one.
