Sharp WS003SH revealed at CEATEC

CEATEC has seen some pretty new pieces of technology, and the Sharp WS003SH will certainly raise the question, “Is it a PDA phone or an UMPC, or both?” That’s pretty hard to answer, as the size places it somewhere in between. The WS003SH has a 416MHz Xscale processor running the show with Windows Mobile 5.0, and comes with a wide array of features including a lovely 3.7″ touchscreen display, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, 802.11b and miniUSB connectivity, a PHS W-SIM card slot, and a 1.3 megapixel camera. You can augment the miserly 128MB of internal memory via the miniSD card slot. You’ve got to have really large pockets to lug this around.
