Gmail has truly taken the world by storm since its introduction back in 2004. Not sure why it is still in beta, but Google has recently launched Gmail for Mobile Devices, empowering users whether at the office or on the road to access their e-mail anytime, anywhere. Gmail for Mobile Devices shares plenty in common with its older sibling, featuring conversation threading, a clean design, automatic synching with your Gmail account, and various keypad shortcuts to help you navigate through the site faster. This application can be downloaded for free here and currently runs on Java-enabled phones only.
