Lowrance iWAY 600C has satellite images

The Lowrance iWAY 600C automotive GPS navigation system is one heavy hitter, capable of displaying satellite imagery on top of regular roadmaps courtesy of Navteq. In addition, the iWAY 600C can also perform marine mapping and navigation as well. As with most emerging technologies, the satellite imagery function is available for selected metropolitan areas only. Features include a generous 5″ color touch screen at 640 x 480 resolution, a mini USB port for map updates, 2D/3D maps, turn-by-turn voice guidance, auto-zoomming, and a massive 30GB hard drive, where roughly 85% of the space is reserved for satellite images while the remaining 5GB is used for your personal storage. The iWAY 600C also sports a heavy price tag of $800 with no release date in sight yet.
