We often think of robots as toys instead of a mode of transport, and this four-legged machine clearly blows that notion out of the water. There is actually a real-life human inside manning the “thing”, which has been reported to be powerful and mobile enough to traverse through curbs and walkways with immaculate ease, drawing a bunch of curious look wherever it went. Notice the radiation sign on one of its legs – does this thing run off a mini-nuclear reactor? Not sure how much it costs, but you could probably buy a car complete with one year’s supply of gas with some cash left over instead of this.
