Sources at Nokia Taiwan has revealed that around half of Nokia’s N-Series cellphones which will see a 2007 launch in Taiwan will support the HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access) standard, and the Nokia N95 has the honor of being the first with its February 2007 launch date. In addition, the N95 will also support GPS connectivity and come pre-loaded with map information of 100 countries. You can also expect more detailed local map information compared to the rest of the world maps that are available on the N95. There is no word on pricing details at the moment, but expect to fork out a pretty hefty amount for the N95.
