Imagine that you’re right smack in the dying seconds of a deathmatch, and you have carefully hoarded all the weapons and timed your armor run to perfection. Just when you’re about to unleash that money shot for the winning frag, you smell something burning just before the entire PC freezes. It is not the heat of the on-screen action that got to you, but your overclocked processor gasping for some cool air as it overheats. Asus has a solution to that with the Silent Knight CPU cooler which uses 100% copper for its fins, base, and heat pipes to ensure optimal heat dissipation. The Silent Knight currently supports a wide range of processors, including Intel’s Core 2 Duo and AMD’s Ahtlon 64-FX range. Price and availability details are currently unknown.
