It seems that presidents of Japanese companies are a pretty innovative bunch – just look at Nintendo and their legacy. Susumu Suzuki, president of Total System Conductor, does not just survey his business empire from the top of a skyscraper but gets his hands down and dirty as well to invent water-powered batteries which can muster an electric current that is as powerful as that of a standard manganese dioxide battery. Since these batteries are cheap to produce and can be recycled a few times over, they make the perfect alternative to current environmentally-destructive batteries.
