Webcam that scares pants off user

Just when you thought you’ve seen it all, this webcam throws a spanner in the works by coming in a grotesque figure of a skull with an eye that glows in blue. Since the source is from a Chinese site, there really isn’t anything else we can decipher based on the picture alone. Why does the eye glow in such a devious manner? How does speaking to a skull help you develop your conversational skills as you will most probably feel threatened? Definitely not a suitable gift for the weak of heart and little children as they might just suffer from nightmares and develop a phobia toward computers. No idea on how much it costs and whether it is available either.
