Everybody and their mother have already jumped on the Adsense bandwagon, but Arcade Marketing are currently working on a new type of advertisement know as an “ad-scent”. This unique marketing strategy will entail the use of Arcade Marketing’s MagniScent technology which disseminates smell through scent-infused adhesives that are fixed inside the bus shelters and the undersides of the benches. The smell will be able to last up to a week at best, costing each bus shelter $30 to get the “ad-scent” treatment. Since I’m allergic to citrus-based smells, I guess I can no longer wait for my ride at the bus shelter that favors Minute Maid advertisements.
