Portable USB-powered sound card

I never imagined the day would come where we can actually carry around a sound card in our pockets, but apparently that day has arrived with the introduction of the USB 7.1 Channel Sound Adapter. This interesting device comes with a microphone input, making it ideal for VoIP calls, voice chatting over IM clients, and online multiplayer games amongst others. The USB 7.1 Channel Sound Adapter is slightly larger than a couple of AA batteries and most probably emulates 7.1 sound if the information on the product page is anything to go by.
