Samsung has a spanking new smartphone device that was unveiled at the ongonig ITU Telecom World 2006 in Hong Kong. This unique cellphone comes with a large 2.8″ 65k color TFT touchscreen display that makes it easy to write down Chinese characters, while the Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system is more than capable of handling all the other nuances of everyday cellphone use. Features include a 2 megapixel camera with auto focus, a wide range of support for numerous audio and video formats, 128MB RAM, 64MB ROM, a microSD card memory card slot, Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, as well as handwriting and text recognition. Pricing details and release dates are currently unavailable, but we know it targets the Chinese market.
