Scala Rider helps bikers talk

One could argue how Bluetooth technology has helped bikers all over the world answer their cellphones without endangering their lives and those of other road users, thanks to the introduction of a Bluetooth headset. Cardo’s Scala Rider headset is another Bluetooth device for bikers, but it does things more intelligently by offering easy-to-reach buttons during rides, great voice command controls, and the inherent ability to adjust the volume accordingly. This means you no longer have to shout on top of your lungs as you zip down the road at clearly illegal speeds. Features include a talk time of up to 7 hours and a standby time of one week, but those figures are highly doubtful when it comes to real-world application. You also won’t need to worry about the rain as the Scala Rider is weatherproof. The Scala Rider is not cheap though, retailing for approximately $140 each.
