
Nearly everybody and their grandmother has heard of the VoIP revolution which spawned a slew of VoIP-based products such as VoIP phones, hybrid phones, dual-mode phones, video phones, and even WiFi phones. A quick search around the Net unveiled the presence of VoIP Pay Phones. Despite their lack of presence in the West, there are a few companies producing such phones, signaling the fact that there is some demand. The VoIP Pay Phone probably caters to frequent travelers and unconnected users, which is an extremely niche market. Do you think that having a VoIP Pay Phone in your area is a great idea, or is this yet another product that just will not work?
