One great thing about concept designs is you don’t have to think about the practical aspect first – take the Memory Infinite for example. Yong must have spent quite some time looking at the MobiBLU DAH-1500 and decided to work around a Rubik’s Cube concept for this MP3 player. The puzzle’s layers are used to control music playback, and it is not possible to attempt vertical twists and turns unless you’re hell bent on breaking it. The Rubik’s Cube MP3 player can only swivel horizontally, unlocking the player for use. Additional specifications are unknown, and we doubt it will ever materialize as a piece of consumer electronics – but we can wish, can’t we?
