You can’t really go wrong with Swarovski crystals adorning devices, and the Samsung 707SC is the latest in a long list of bling cellphones. To prove that it is not just all beauty, the 707SC boasts high speed HSDPA connectivity, a Picsel document viewer, and a pre-loaded tri-lingual dictionary that covers the nuances of English, Korean, and Japanese. Unfortunately the America and Europe, the 707SC will remain an Asia-only exclusive. It will be launched sometime this March at a yet undisclosed price, but you can bet your bottom crystal that it is going to be expensive.
