Samsung fuel cell notebook

Apparently, Samsung has developed a relatively small yet powerful fuel cell to accompany the ultra portable Q35 notebook. This new fuel cell is claimed to come with 12000Wh capacity, offering up to a full month of usage (an average of 8 hours per day) from a single cartridge. Samsung claims that the Direct Methanol Fuel Cell device has an energy density of nearly 4 times more than any rival fuel cell offering, and yet runs as quiet as a standard notebook in operation. The company hopes to release it before the year is over, which sounds fine by me except for the fact that we have just entered into the new year. What you see looks like the real thing, but as with everything on the Internet, it could easily be doctored. I just wish that Samsung came up with something that is 10 times smaller and lasts up to 3 days – it’s not that easy, unfortunately.
