Printing hasn’t really changed much over the many decades as printers still require paper to print on using some form of ink or powder to get the message across. Zink aims to change that by offering a printing solution that does not use ink cartridges nor ribbons. The trick is to use special Zink paper which come with embedded dye crystals that are activated by heat from a Zink printer. These crystals will then colorize to create a high quality, long lasting and durable image. I wonder how much this special Zink paper would cost, and are they available in black and white or color variants?
