Sony still wants a slice of the MP3 market pie despite facing an extremely crowded arena with iPods, Zunes, Sansas, and Zens. This is evident by releasing a limited edition E-Series Walkman that is available in lime green. Each purchase comes with a cute Gachapin-shaped felt cloth case (not sure what or who a Gachapin is – can any of our readers enlighten us?) that supposedly sweetens the deal. This limited edition Walkman will ship in 512MB and 1GB capacities which retail for $110 and $135 respectively. There will only be 200 of these available, so I predict they will sell out faster than a freshly unloaded Wii.
