Our colleague from Uberpulse was yesterday at the Tech Policy Summit in the beautiful Dolce Hayes Mansion in San Jose. The Summit purpose is to offer an independent forum to discuss policies issues in technology. Walt Mossberg from the Wall Street journal told James Cicconni, AT&T’s Sr. EVP of External and legislative affairs, that “Countries like Japan, Korea, Scandinavia and God, yes God, France have better broadband than in the US [...] It’s pathetic compared to overseas”.
