I don’t know about you, but purchasing a bust of some dead person creeps me out no matter who it is. The Beethoven Clock is actually a bust of the Maestro himself, wearing a pair of Vuarnet-style sunglasses to keep up with the times. The left lens sports the hour digits while the right will display digits corresponding to the minute. Only a hundred of these were made, so we can safely assume they’ll cost much more than the average clock-less bust. Somehow the pair of glasses on Beethoven makes the word Elvis spin around my head over and over – is that a premonition that an Elvis Clock is up on the cards next?
