Bubble Board concept from Microsoft

Check out the following concept devices that were developed by Microsoft researchers from all over the world, starting with the Bubble Board that you see above. This is actually a visual voicemail organizer that routes calls via a commercial Internet voicemal services, where the messages are then loaded onto a server through FTP. The Bubble Board client will then pick up the voicemail, digitizing it in a Flash-based user interface. Anyone with access to the Bubble Board will be able to access or delete those messages by dragging it to the appropriate section. Technophobes are not left out as the Bubble Board comes with an old-fashioned whiteboard section for handwritten notes. For more context and other concepts, check out the picture gallery.
