Healing Stick for the stressed

Life can get very stressful these days, making it essential to just chill and relax at the end of a long working day. Some of us prefer to take a walk around the park, hit the gym, take a bath, or snuggle up in bed with a good book, but the Japanese have the added option of picking up the Digital Sound Feeling System. What this strangely-named device does is make you feel as though you are one with nature, thanks to 3D ‘healing sounds’ that are played back. I’m not sure whether there is any scientific evidence supporting the healing power of this stick, but urban warriors can just download ambient nature sounds onto their MP3 players for a similar effect.
