Thermal vest for troops in Iraq

Fighting in a war is an extremely stressful situation, and even more so when you’re in a strange country where the weather is nothing quite like the one back home. University of Portsmouth scientiss are currently testing new high-tech thermal vests for troops in Iraq that help them cope with the heat of battle. Comprising of air, liquid, and paraffin wax, these thermal vests help absorb heat from the body so that soldiers will be able to keep a cool head despite being under intense fire. It is tipped that these thermal vests will be available for military use within a couple of years, but will that be too late by then?
