Weird plane-helicopter hybrid

Baldwin Technology has developed a working prototype of their helicopter which defies conventional design, making even Leonardo da Vinci proud. This unique helicopter was specifically made to lift heavy objects. It can even achieve a faster travel time by thrusting out its wings and tilting the propeller forward. I’d say this makes a great toy compared to the deluge of RC Micro Helicopters that you see in the market today. Are there any toy manufacturers out there who are taking down notes?
