Elecom has a spanking new USB game pad known as the unpronounceable JC-UB12GN. It shares a very striking resemblance to the PS2, albeit in a less refined manner. Even the button layout follows that of the best selling console in the last generation. There are no pesky drivers to fiddle around with -all you need to do is plug in the JC-UB12GN and you’re good to go. The JC-UB12GN will be released in Japan from early June onwards, retailing for approximately $30. Ah well, I guess at the end of the day as long as it plays better than it looks, I’m game.
