Machine, read my face

The Bioscrypt VisionAccess 3D Face Reader sounds pretty impressive in theory, offering rapid authentication in under a second with its special design. This real-time 3D surface scanner works in invisible near-infrared light and is utilized for identification and verification purposes, bringing the security at your home or office up by a few more notches. No idea on how much this thing costs, but the answer would probably run into the thousands. Don’t forget you need to purchase a special computer to go along with it and hire a donut-loving security guard (if you install one at home) to man it each time you want to enter your own home.
