Philips are currently busy with a quartet of mice. These devices were designed with ergonomics and comfort in mind, boasting a no-frills form factor that’s pleasant to use and easy on the eye. The SPM8713 wireless notebook mouse comes with soft silicon cushions, a twin-eye laser sensor with 1600 DPI resolution, and a low power consumption that enables a single battery to last for more than a year. The SPM7711 is a desktop version of the SPM8713 and shares most features including the long battery life. The SPM4701 wireless mouse comes with an optic sensor and a battery life of over half a year, while the SPM4700 is essentially a corded version of the SPM4701. All four mice come with a 4-way scroll wheel for easier navigation.
