Designer Hussein Cahalayan from Turkey has created a video dress that shows a time lapse of a rose opening and closing up with an array of colors and light, made possible by the 15,000 LEDs embedded within the fabric. This Video Dress was presented at the Milan Design Fair and is now available for your perusal at the 10 Corso Como gallery in Milan. While this is largely impractical to wear for social functions, I can forsee advertising companies place models at strategic locations throughout the city wearing this – they ought to be cheaper than renting a billboard.
