The Ellos RescueRobot was especially designed to help locate humans who are trapped underneath rubble or hard-to-reach places in the event of a disaster. Shaped after a robot, the Ellos is damage resistant (although not invulnerable) and aims to save you without hurting you in the process. There are ten lifting arms located at the bottom that closes around the target by extending its legs first for some leverage. While the idea is great in theory, is it practical to have an iPod-white color adorn the robot? After all, he should get dirty pretty fast. Perhaps bright orange would be better as it can be spotted much more easily, just like how black boxes in aircraft are colored.
