The Eyebox2 is a device that is capable of tracking whoever is looking at it within a 10 meter radius, thanks to the 1.3 megapixel camera and a vast array of infrared LEDs. When used with a mechanical billboard, the advertisements you see cater to your profile, making it more effective for both the consumer and the advertisers in a win-win situation. I’m still not sure what happens when you have more than a single pair of eyes looking at the Eyebox2 though, how will it make a decision then? Practically, it can be used now to track which advertisements get the most eye traffic, enabling advertisers to tweak their future efforts.
