House, heal thyself

Fancy a house that is capable of resisting earthquakes by monitoring seismic vibrations and sealing cracks in its walls by itself? This is made possible by nano polymer particles used to construct the wall, specifically designed to convert into liquid when under pressure, flowing into cracks, and subsequently solidifying itself. The walls itself are a combination of novel load bearing steel frames and high strength gypsum board, with wireless, battery-les sensors and radio frequency identity tags within to collect data regarding the building over time. The house will be constructed in Greece by 2010 to the tune of $18.6 million dollars. I wonder up to which part of the Ricther scale can this house hold on to before collapsing.
