Microsoft to unveil new Zune?

Word on the street is Microsoft will be hosting an event in Redmond tomorrow to preview or announce a spanking new Zune. Chances are this will be a flash-based one, but will it bomb just like the hard drive-based Zune or actually cause a dent in the iPod Shuffle’s market? All those questions will be answered in due time, but it would be interesting to see if Microsoft has learnt from its past mistakes and come back stronger. After all, they do have the money to play around with, but you can’t always rely on that forever.
