
Looks like wireless technology has finally arrived on the last frontier – the humble calculator. Texas Instruments have unveiled the TI Navigator that enables students to send their work to teachers’ computers in the classroom sans wires, enabling teachers to review the answers in real time while analyzing the thought processes of students who get stuck in math problems halfway, hence the result which is totally off the charts. I’m not sure how a single teacher can analyze so many answers in one go though. I’m all for whatever method that makes the entire education process a smoother road for everyone though.
