PLX Technology will be parading it’s USB Duet technology at WinHEC in Los Angeles this year, featuring a no-brainer method of connecting two computers together via an USB cable. You get data transfer speeds of up to 480 Mbps as well as software programmable functions such as File sharing, computer migration, data synchronization, and networking. A couple of demonstrations will be in order, where one of them features a UMPC hooked up to an Xbox 360 console, enabling you to stream content to the Microsoft game console directly. Devices such as keyboards, mouse, and monitors can be shared once connected. A great way to cut costs if the management is operating on a tight budget.
