AMD/Microsoft Tag Team for cheap PCs

AMD and Microsoft have joined forces to bring more affordable computers to countries in the developing world, and this time the computer known as the IQ will retail for approximately $513 in India. These computers might be cheap, but they do pack enough power to run Windows Vista Basic as well as Microsoft Works for your document and spreadsheet needs. If you ever get one of these, just make sure that you have OpenOffice installed on them. Who uses Works anyways? Zenith Computers will be the official distributor. One thing’s for sure though – you won’t be fragging away on the latest games with the IQ!
