The folks at the FCC have recently given their collective nods for Sanyo’s NVM 4070 GPS navigation system, which means the probability of it appearing on the U.S. market is pretty high. This mid-range product comes with a 4″ touchscreen, handsfree Bluetooth compatibility, and 2GB of storage space that holds maps of North America. Not only that, you get an integrated FM transmitter, live traffic updates updates via TMC, and a 2400mAh rechargeable battery. If you’re interested, the Sanyo NVM-4070 retails for $600 when available.
