Looks like Sanyo has yet another handset up their sleeves for us, and this time it is the SCP-8500 clamshell, or better known as the Katana DLX. Most probably, the skinny Katana DLX will be available from Sprint. Other features available on this handset includes EV-DO connectivity, Bluetooth support, and a microSD memory card slot for expansion purposes. According to the drawings, the Katana DLX boasts dual cameras, where one of them is presumably a VGA version for video calls. When placed alongside the original Katana, the DLX loses 3.8mm in height and 1.4mm in width, gaining 3.3mm in thickness instead. Other details are currently unavailable.
