Hyundai has just unveiled its IDE HDD Enclosure that boasts fingerprint recognition, giving you a mobile storage solution that is secure for peace of mind. Connected via USB 2.0, you get speedy data transfer speeds in a convenient manner. This IDE HDD Enclosure requires a person to register his/her fingerprints beforehand (up to 10 fingerprints), but there is an alternative way to access the data within via a set of backup passwords. 3.5″ hard drives are ruled out though, as this takes in only 2.5″ ones. The Hyundai IDE HDD Enclosure measures 135mm x 77mm x 16mm and weighs 124 grams, retailing for $60 a pop.
