Philips go Bluetooth with new systems

Bluetooth technology is employed by Philips in the new BTM628 and BTM630 consumer electronics, where the former is a sleek looking CD player complete with speakers, while the latter comes with a built-in iPod dock and an SD/MMC memory card slot. Both players will stream music from any Bluetooth-enabled device within a 30 foot radius, getting the best out of your cellphone especially when cellphone speakers are pretty puny to begin with. The BTM628 and BTM630 will probably be niche products in the long run. After all, how many people do you know stream music from their cellphones to a speaker system via Bluetooth?
