Pinnacle PCTV HD Pro Stick dumbed down

Pinnacle has dumbed down the PCTV HD Pro Stick by removing a couple of features, resulting in the PCTV HD Stick (no longer a Pro) and a lower price point of $99.99. Features lost include a mini remote control and the ability to record from sources such as set top boxes and camcorders, so you will just have to settle for plain of HDTV over-the-air recording. Do you think the dropped features are worth forking out an additional $30, or are those something you can live without?
