Looks like the future is here, with a robot standing in as the Master of Ceremonies (MC) at a wedding in South Korea – making this most likely the first wedding in the world to do so. Tiro the robot will be assisting the civil wedding ceremony for Seok Gyeong-Jae, one of his design engineers. Once his task is complete, he will be given an upgrade to perform other tasks – although should this idea catch on, Tiro might remain a robotic MC for quite some time to come since weddings these days have evolved into a whole new ball game, where money speaks. Tiro is valued at $251,000, speaking in a sweet, female voice that will surely charm the crowd.
