The magnetic base makes it easy to place the TV tuner in various places, ranging from walls to even ceilings. Should you encounter non-magnetic surfaces, there is always the magic of a suction cup, although I do have my reservations on those. The Buffalo DH-KONE/U2S TV tuner is capable of searching for program-related information, news, and weather forecasts while you work away on your computer, giving you the ability to watch and record programs simultaneously. It’ll cost $99 to pick one up when released later this month.
